Walk It  Out!  

My name is Ed Heidel.  I founded this organization because we need connection and social visibility that represents EVERYONE in the community of Western North Carolina.   By joining together and "walking it out", we will be strengthening our physical bodies and our community connection.  This is an all inclusive organization. EVERYONE IS INCLUDED! No matter your race, religious affiliation or spirituality, and especially those who identify with one of the letters in the large spectrum of LGBTQA......don't forget A= Allies or Anyone!  Tolerance and community inclusiveness are primary in our purpose at WIO!  Let's get healthy and moving!
